Odds Farm Park Home Estate is nestled away in the beautiful Buckinghamshire countryside, only a stone’s throw from the local community of Wooburn Common and close to the lovely villages of Wooburn Green and Bourne End. The park consists of fifty privately owned residential park homes. Odds Farm Estate itself is also independently owned by a local farming family and is professionally managed by OPDS (Omar Park Development Services) a division of Omar Homes Ltd.

The surrounding fields are our most treasured features and provide a haven for an array of wildlife including deer, badgers, and foxes, and regular visitors also include buzzards and red kites. Other local features include Cliveden House ( National Trust),  lots of walks along the River Thames, and the leafy woodlands of Burnham Beeches, whilst the surrounding villages provide all the amenities people require along with some excellent pubs. 
  • Modern Park Homes are built to a very high standard by professionals. They have UPVC double glazed windows, doors and fascia’s that are low maintenance. Park Homes come with a 10 year Gold Shield Warranty, and are normally sold fully furnished with fitted carpets and co-ordinated soft furnishings and fabrics.
  • Please note that all residents of Odds Farm Estate must be over 50 years of age and have no permanent resident children.
  • Odds Farm has 50 owner occupied park homes, so there will be a number of private home sales taking place on the park at prices ranging from £50,000.00 to £200,000.00 plus.   • Odds Farm Estate have an active residents association on the park recognised by the owners as a QRA (qualifying residents association) the association, park owners and park managers work together to create a harmonious and peaceful park. Together the park owners and the association work on park projects such as, wild flower areas, community welfare issues and general park issues – creating a friendly atmosphere and welcoming park.
